Policies:
Cancellation/No-Show Policy For Scheduled Appointments:
Dajenel Medical Aesthetics and Wellness requires that a credit card number be kept on file to reserve your scheduled elective service. If an appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance or no show, you will be charged a $50 fee.
Consultation Policy:
Consultations are subject to a $50 fee, which will be applied towards product purchase or treatment care option if completed within 30 days. If the client does not receive services, the fee will not be refunded after the 30-day completion date.
Scheduled Appointments:
If a client is then 10 minutes past their scheduled time, we have the right to reschedule the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, The Derm Spa will charge a $50 fee. The client will receive an invoice via the email provided to the account.
Account Balances:
We require that patients with self-pay balances pay the balances to zero prior to receiving further services from our practice. All aesthetic services are due on the day of service. In the event a client has prepaid, we will hold the amount on your account and charge the service fee on the day of treatment. All medical appointments may be paid via financing or care credit accounts. Any unpaid amounts are subject to collections.
If you have any questions about payment options, please call our office.
Standard of Care:
Dajenel Medical Aesthetics and Wellness strives for optimal and safe results for our clients. If a client needs to be seen for a touch-up on a neurotoxin or dermal filler, it is the provider’s opinion whether a service charge will be applied toward the appointment. The appointment fee would be a single charge of $50 dollars. If you feel that you did not receive a drastic enough result, this is not part of our policy. Complimentary appointments are only applied towards facial asymmetry or filler that has settled unevenly four weeks after injection.
We love babies and children. However, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children and a relaxing environment for all clients.
Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit.
If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove it from our healthcare facility. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, please leave your pet at home.
